PURPOSE
  
The purpose of Lauderdale Environmental Engineering is to ensure personal, professional services to the client, with the emphasis on engineering solutions to prevent or control hazards.
 
PROFESSIONALISM
We provide the highest level of professional technical services in the industry.  The president, Jerry F. Lauderdale, is a Registered Professional Engineer, a Certified Industrial Hygienist, a Registered Sanitarian, and has a Master of Sciences Degree in Industrial Hygiene.  Mr. Lauderdale’s experiences include over 30 years in the professional practice of industrial hygiene, hazard communication, indoor air quality, and asbestos and lead control.  Dave Williams is a Certified Safety Professional and a Texas licensed Mold Consultant.  Mr. Williams has extensive experience in construction, construction safety and has conducted hundreds of mold surveys.

INFORMATION
   
Communication of information about hazard control is the highest priority with Lauderdale Environmental Engineering.  The client is updated at all stages of a project.  Detailed reports of findings are provided.  Reports provide details of evaluation procedures and results, along with recommendations for hazard reduction, where necessary.  The reports are provided in confidence to the client.

TERMS
We provide detailed project estimates based on a scope of work that is developed for each project, taking into account the needs and desires of the client.  The project’s time lines and outputs are also developed to fill the client’s needs, to be described in the proposal.
